Camping Les Pâtis is part of the Wild Bed network, founded by Jean-Yves Bellet, a nature enthusiast, former scout leader, and lover of the great outdoors for over 30 years. Wild Bed is a philosophy of life. Les Pâtis is perfect for you.
The idea is simple: to offer you meaningful holidays. Accommodations that blend into the landscape rather than detract from it. Activities that showcase local flora and fauna rather than ignoring them. A team that welcomes you like friends, proud to share this corner of Touraine that they know and love intimately.
At Wild Bed, eco-responsibility is a deeply held conviction. Eco-labeled products, recycling, natural materials, local recruitment, partnerships with local producers… Everything is designed to build tourism that respects people and nature, today and tomorrow.
A "nature discovery" kit awaits you at reception: books, a fishing net, binoculars… to help you explore your surroundings.

At Camping Les Pâtis, accommodation is part of the experience. Far from standardized bungalows, we have imagined spaces where wood and natural materials dominate, where every opening is an invitation to observe the surrounding nature, and where interior comfort rivals the beauty of the outside.
Whether you opt for a traditional camping pitch (for tent, caravan or motorhome) or one of our unusual rental accommodations, you will always find that attention to detail that makes the difference: quality bedding, linen that can be booked in advance, baby kit available for rent, and even a breakfast service to start the day off right.
For hikers and cyclists passing through, our canvas and wood accommodations are rented by the night with services included (sheets and duvets, breakfast, picnic basket…) so that you can leave the next morning feeling light and refreshed.
Activities for the whole family around Amboise
At Camping Les Pâtis, the days are as full as you could wish. For families, the campsite offers nature activities throughout the season designed to awaken children's curiosity: insect and bird observation workshops, land art, building birdhouses, visits to the mini-farm… Enough to instill a love of nature from a very young age, in a fun and educational atmosphere.
For hikers and cyclists, the campsite is ideally located on the Loire à Vélo route. Marked trails, safe cycle paths, bike rentals with our local partners, partnerships with local guides for canoe trips or hikes… The Amboise region is full of adventures to experience at your own pace, and our team is here to advise you on the best routes and local spots.
In the evening, conviviality takes over: Simple & friendly snack bar, board game lending, wooden game days, summer concerts, sale & tastings of local products… The Wild Bed spirit is also this.
The Food Truck
Our cuisine, our producers, your pleasure
At Wild Bed, we believe that a good holiday also means good food. The Pâtis Food Truck is our kitchen. Every evening, our team prepares simple, generous, and affordable dishes using fresh produce sourced directly from farmers and artisans in Indre-et-Loire: homemade burgers, fries, seasonal salads… dishes from local caterers… all accompanied by craft beers and wines from local producers.
It's also the heart of the campsite in the evenings: the place where families gather after a day of cycling, where hikers recharge, and where summer concerts make you want to stay another night. If you arrive outside of normal hours, give us a call: we'll make it happen.
